Cloud-based service configurations are spawning new toolkits into the aging health care systems. High-resolution treatment data of elderly social groups are crucial for shaping the health policy design for decades to come, but remain understudied in the developing world. Building on a set of patents and scientific funding support, our cloud platform and informatization services (e.g. https://www.i-rehab.cn/oldPeopleService.html) have offered useful aging health monitoring and disease treatment solutions for elderly families in the communities. Our work aims to provide compelling evidence of formulating policy engagement strategies with public and private sectors to shape the development of public health service informatization in China and other emerging markets. Our cloud platform-based evidence can help bridge gaps in recovering the presence of aging health problems in a low-cost and timely manner, allowing developing countries with high aging health market potentials to enjoy big data dividends.
