Falls in the elderly not only cause physical trauma and disability, but also bring psychological problems such as depression, anxiety and fear of falling, leading to an increase in disability and death. Falls have become a serious public health problem in the elderly society. At present, it is still challenging to predict the fall of the elderly. So it is very important to construct a full-index quantitative prediction model of the fall risk of the elderly from the inherent factors of the potential fall risk of the elderly. All the kinds of indexes of physical function will been tested, by analyzing the factors that cause falls, the characteristics of falls in the elderly are clarified. Then, a discriminant model for the elderly risk prediction will been established. Effective intervention methods are explored, and prevention strategies for falls in the elderly are formulated. The database and platform of exercise prescription for the elderly will been established. So as to reduce the injuries caused by falls and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
